CANCELLATION POLICY
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will require a 50% cancellation fee. Any no-shows and same day cancellations are charged 100% of the service. Please note in order to book a fill you must have at least 40% of your lashes on, anything less will be considered a full set & I will need to reschedule you for the appropriate amount of time. I can only perform services within your original plotted appointment time. If you’re late and wish to keep your appointment you will only get the amount of scheduled time left or will be cancelled & charged 50% of your service. No refunds for services. Any issues need to be reported within 48 hours of service for a quick fix. While an allergic reaction to eyelash adhesive is quite uncommon, it can still happen. Sometimes even over time, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to prevent this. Therefore, we will not be able to offer refunds if you develop an allergy. Thank you for your support 🤍
