What started as a passionate venture dedicated solely to lashes quickly evolved as we listened to our clients and their beauty needs. As our clientele grew, so did our services. We expanded to offer professional skincare treatments, targeting glowing, radiant skin that complements the stunning lashes we create. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and Appointment Policy: Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Lash Fills: To book a fill appointment, you must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining. If less than 40% is present, the appointment will be considered a full set, and you will need to be rescheduled to allow for the appropriate amount of time. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, the remaining time of your scheduled appointment will be used for your service. Alternatively, if you arrive too late, your appointment may be cancelled, and a 50% charge will apply. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If there are any issues with your service, please report them within 48 hours for a quick resolution. Allergic Reactions: Although rare, allergic reactions to eyelash adhesive can occur, sometimes even after multiple applications. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in the event of an allergic reaction. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you! 🤍

Over time, I have expanded my focus into the spa industry, with plans to introduce more facial and waxing services.
